User Feature Requests

Feature requests should be shared with the Vireo Users Group by contacting Items will be added to the list upon receipt, and at a certain point during the year, users with active installations of Vireo will have opportunity to vote on the list of items. Highly requested features will be prioritized, translated into user stories, and shared with the TDL product owner and development group to guide future development.

This list should not be used for bug-reporting or to request Vireo support. To report errors or bugs to TDL, please contact the TDL Helpdesk in one of two ways:

Summer 2010 Feature Requests Schedule (Updated 7/16/2010)

  • June 22 – July 7, 2010: Feature requests accepted
  • July 8 – July 20, 2010: VUG steering committee and TDL review submitted requests to create a finalized list for voting
  • July 21-August 6, 2010: Voting period
  • August 9- August 13, 2010: VUG steering committee compiles and analyzes votes
  • August 16 – August 27, 2010: VUG steering committee reviews analyzed data to develop a prioritized list of items for development
  • August 30, 2010: VUG releases the prioritized list to the VUG wiki and announces to the VUG listserv
  • August 31-October 8, 2010: VUG steering committee develops user stories for each item on the priority list, which will be presented to the TDL in readiness for its next Vireo development cycle
